Our rooms

Thanks to painstaking renovation work that has preserved the structure’s original features, the ancient Pietravento farmhouse in Casalappi offers its guests ten cosy double rooms, nine in the main farmhouse and one in the annexe, each with private bathroom with separate shower and carefully chosen furnishings.

All located on the ground floor, each room has a large patio equipped with armchairs and a small table, to immerse oneself in a pleasant read or enjoy an aperitif with a view of the gentle hills of the Val di Cornia. Each Suite is assigned a gazebo by the large swimming pool (20×6 metres), equipped with sun loungers and small table. The gazebos are of different types and assigned according to the Suite chosen.

Guests can enjoy common areas in the garden, barbecues and a large patio with a bar area for breakfast, lunches and aperitifs, also by the pool. Each room is equipped with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, kettle with tea and herbal tea set, TV and hairdryer. A minibar is available on request. A large car park is also available.

Check-in is from 15:00, check-out by 10:00.
